Marta is partner and Director of Strategy at Rival Strategy, founded in 2016 to maximise the strategic potential of services, technologies, places and organisations.

Marta's recent project partners are as diverse as wealth management firms, world-leading urban transportation systems, cultural institutions and intergovernmental organisations.

Her work brings a highly strategic perspective to the design of organisations and services, from how people interact with them to specifying the architecture of the platforms that enable those services to be delivered.

Prior to co-founding Rival Strategy, she worked at the London office of pioneering service design studio Livework, where she led projects for clients including BBC, Transport for London, Tyco International, Sainsbury’s, the Norwegian Airport Authority and the Department of UK Trade and Investment. Her background is originally in design strategy (MSc Strategic Product Design, TU Delft, the Netherlands) and visual communication. She was the co-director of Design the new Business, nominated by Forbes as a must see design documentary.
