Jocelyn is the College's Secretary.

Jocelyn has an MBA from the University of Surrey Business School and extensive experience working in the Higher Eduction sector. Prior to joining the RCA, she Jocelyn was as Interim Clerk to the Board and Group Company Secretary at Coventry University Group, Interim Special Projects and Governance Services at Lancaster, then Northampton, and COO at Stirling universities. She has a very solid background in strategic workforce issues and governance/compliance. From 2002 to 2012, Jocelyn served as CEO of the Universities & Colleges Employers Association.
