Elizabeth Roberts

  • Elizabeth is a graduate in 3D Design from the University of the Arts London. After gaining her degree she continued to develop skills in people-centered research through delivering creative workshops with vulnerable adults.

  • Biography

  • Elizabeth began working at the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design in 2012 on the Kingwood project, exploring design for adults with autism. In 2014 she returned to the Centre to work on the Future vision project with Thomas Pocklington Trust, co-creating Low Vision Aids with young people. Currently, Elizabeth is working as a Project Researcher on two automotive projects; the Future London Taxi and Greenwich Automated Transport Environment (GATEway) project. Elizabeth also supports the RCA External education programme, creative leadership workshops and AcrossRCA projects.

    Elizabeth enjoys developing new and engaging research methods so that people can easily and comfortably communicate their thoughts, needs and perceptions, and then following these methods, translate these fruitful insights into meaningful design solutions.
