Drawing at a young age is an important attribute in children’s cognitive development. It helps them to discover the joy of creating, to communicate their ideas, tell stories, develop their imagination and improve their motor skills.
My project focuses on using the interactivity of digital technologies as a tool to enrich children’s visual vocabulary through the drawing process without disturbing their actual physical experience of drawing. The outcome of the project is an interactive tool that helps children to draw their own stories and bring them to life.
