Broadcasting on the frequency 87.5–108.0 MHz is subject to EU laws and licensing, resulting in the dissemination information monopolised by corporations, government bodies and those who can afford a radio licence.

_Radio Device 1.1 _is a tool for roadside broadcast, allowing one to override vehicles’ radio systems and transmit alternative audio. Designed in the form of a directional antenna with multiple ‘micro transmitters’, it broadcasts over the top 20 stations simultaneously while bypassing EU law and licensing.
