I am interested in modes of behaviours within a family and physical and psychological equality or inequalities of power. Being a part of a family, we are a part of a system which, as with every system, can be both beneficial and oppressive. What does it mean when an individual cannot be understood in isolation from one another but only as a part of a bigger entity? Family is a whole larger than the sum of its parts.
