  • Prior to my studies at the RCA, I lived in Cornwall where I worked as an assistant curator at Falmouth Art Gallery and was also involved in a number of projects including a curatorial residency at the Heartlands Project Cornwall, work on The Pigs of Today are the Hams of Tomorrow at Plymouth Arts Centre and My course is due to you and to God, a commission for the 2008 Whitstable Biennial. Over the course of my MA I have become interested in integrating artistic production and presentation, and in ways of working with and commissioning artists to create interdisciplinary models of engagement for audiences. This often occurs through artistic and curatorial collaboration, which has informed much of my recent output.

In addition to my studies, over the last two years, I have realised a number of projects including Decalcomania with Maria Christoforidou at The Exchange Gallery, Penzance (2011), The Tino Sehgal Archive Room at Transmission Gallery, Glasgow (2011), Snowballing with Rebecca Wilcox at Glasgow Project Room (2011) and Notes for an Exhibition: Desmond Church Solo Show, with fellow Curating Contemporary Art students at Crate Studio and Project Space, Margate (2011). Upon graduating I plan to continue working closely with artists and other curators and to develop my interests in process-driven approaches to production.
