‘Every time you spend money, you’re casting a vote for the world you want.’ This comment by A Lappé is the starting point for my project, stimulating future luxury customers to choose a product, aware of its context. Therefore I involve people through group dynamics early on in a design process that shows contradictions in our perception of ‘high-end’ – offering luxury in a way that satisfies the user while involving the environment positively, interpreting luxury by the space it gives and the space it is in.
