Since the 1950s, the Royal College of Art has been publishing prints. As part of their academic program every student learns to edition and takes part in a graduation publication. Established artists are also invited into the Printmaking studio to make prints and generously give their work for sale to support the Printmaking Appeal Fund. This provides much needed bursary, maintenance and materials money to support Printmaking students.

Our most recent print publication Folio, produced in collaboration with the Royal Shakespeare Company, joins an illustrious history. Publications include prints by Tracey Emin, Stephen Chambers, Peter Blake, Paula Rego, John Hoyland, Susan Hiller, Cornelia Parker, Richard Wentworth and Chantal Joffe. By purchasing a print, you not only enjoy work produced in the RCA’s own workshops but you also support the next generation of artists.
