There is provision within the College for a learning programme of English for Academic Purposes (EAP), which is developed specifically in line with the art and design contexts of the college environment.

EAP is mainly for those with English as a second language, but also for home students at MA or Research levels who wish to develop writing or presentation skills. The EAP Coordinator organises a series of workshops throughout the year, along with one-to-one tutorials. In addition, there is a pre-sessional course, which runs in September, for students who have been offered a place at MA level but who have not reached an appropriate level of English.
