  • As science reveals ever more unintuitive, unimaginable aspects of the natural world, we can imagine ways of re-presenting these and physically experiencing them, which in turn reveals a hidden ‘magic‘ in everyday reality. Drawing on the way in which mythological tales speak of and interpret the world around us, my graduating project focuses on methods to create one’s own fantastical narrative – through practical endeavours and experience – as a way of comprehending and connecting to unperceivable or incomprehensible aspects of the natural world. While embracing the absurdity of its own mission, the quest values the process of the attempt.

My practice spans costume, performance, film, installation, interaction, drawing and graphics. Play, participation and curiousity are key.
