Design is a way of applying creative thinking towards improving the outcomes of social, technological and cultural production. My research field can be seen as a focus on the generative stages of design in one of three ways. The first is through applied industrial design, guided by interests of humanizing technology and exploring potentials of technology through a design led process. The second strand is about design explored through curating. The underlying subject matter of the gallery's activity is to present professional and general public with insights into the way designers think. The third is conducted through research on the role of brief writing in the creative process and the role of developing the conceptual framework in the relationship between clients and designers.
