Dionea Rocha Watt (b. 1969, Rio de Janeiro) is an artist and writer based in England since 1994. She gained an MA from the Royal College of Art (Goldsmithing, Silversmithing, Metalwork and Jewellery, 2009) and has a background in design, translation and contemporary jewellery, having exhibited internationally. Her current research examines how, and to what extent, the artist’s intimate engagement with materials and processes is motivated by loss.
