I am a weaver by background. My interest is in the hand-made and my focus as a designer is working with womens craft groups in rural communities in the developing world. I am working on tradtional stitch-craft in Pakistan and how it can be made more relevant in today's market. I  intend to re-introduce value, through the end product, to the consumer, the artisan and the craft.
