Our experiment consists of an interactive experience within a public
space, which creates a psychological and responsive border. It triggers
people’s curiosity, and challenges their spatial awareness with a violent
reaction. We realised that the nature of the border resides on this
responsive psychology: there is no limit if you don’t sense it, there is no
barrier if you decide not to see it.
Our project develops a new solution – creative, temporary and
experimental – to the problems of commuting in an overcrowded city.
Re/border creates a dynamic almost invisible threshold that, with no
need of walls and oppressive constructions, can still divide spaces and
control people’s flow.
If interested, please don’t hesitate to contact the Re/border team.
