King’s Cross School Project
Working from her experience as a postgraduate tutor at the RCA, Anne
Howeson set up a relationship with the children in Year Five of a local
primary school, becoming involved with the small community of children
and teachers there, creating exchanges through workshops, and sharing
her own and others’ projects around railways. This culminated in a huge
(three by five meters) drawing by the children about regeneration in
King’s Cross. The collaboration is ongoing.
