Trained in Psychology at Indiana State University (1990-94), French at Universite Lumiere, Lyon II (1994-95), and Social Psychology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (1995-96). Since 1999 Louli has been working with the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture Department of Visual Arts, acting among others as the Cyprus pavilion commissioner in the last four editions of the Venice Biennial.
