What will the future of movement in cities look like? In twenty years time, will people still be allowed to drive cars in urban areas? My work explores how our relationship with the built environment has evolved because of the car – and what options, and opportunities there are for making cities better, quicker, more enjoyable places to move around.

Contrary to the opinions of some, I don’t think that in future we’ll all be moving around less. Instead, I believe that technology – and other factors – will enable the creation of new, more exciting options for mobility in cities.
