We increasingly live in a therapy culture. The World Health Organisation expects that in 2020 depression will be the second most common disease after cardiovascular diseases. Mental states once considered part of the everyday struggle of life are now diagnosed as mental illness.

Self-help, psychopharmacy, life-coaching and therapy industries promise to help us redesign our selves. In my projects I explore how products and technology transform us. Could products become therapy?
