Rarely does anything extraordinary happen in our day-to-day lives, yet to me some of the most banal situations can be the most exceptional. To relieve the monotony of a boring job or a menial task, and to preserve one’s sanity, it is sometimes necessary to find other things to occupy one’s mind. It is in these moments that the most ridiculous, hilarious and moving conversations and events occur. People and their little idiosyncrasies and eccentricities fascinate me. Through my work I am trying to convey the enthusiasm I have for this tragic comedy of everyday life.
