Ritual and habitual practice have been dislocated within the city and its institutions. How can the relocation of ritual practices address this dysfunction? What opportunities and accidents occur through the superimposition of dislocated programs, protests and picnics, death and shopping.

The proposal relocates the municipal practice of death in Lambeth above the Nine Elms Sainsbury’s. The language of the edge: sheds, expedience and isolation conjoined with monumentality, reverence and procession.
