All present reality rushes towards the domain of what does not exist – yet. It is to this concept of humankind’s fascination with ‘the future’ that my work responds. I construct my practice using, as its raw material, the forecasts of those who study ‘what will be’ and their various predicted outcomes. Existing as bold graphic surfaces and colourful, varnished forms, my work takes advantage of virtual computer space and print technology to produce a clearing for voices, ideas and sensations to be projected back from the near future.
