ReachOutRCA looks to build sustained relationships with schools, which means working with teachers as well as pupils. We can organise teachers’ workshops and professional development days, both in and out of school hours. These sessions address themes such as confidence, consultation, collaboration and conversation. We use materials that can easily be sourced for the classroom, proving that the key to creativity is imagination, not equipment. We give teachers a chance to work with their peers and those at the forefront of contemporary art and design practice, enhancing their classroom activities.
