  • Sarolta Szabó’s Statement

My works are personal investigations, focusing on the world around us; objects, domestic space and environment. Based on my move to London, the main subject is how the material world and environments could describe human personality and represent one’s identity. How much do we change when we leave the familiar environment of our home country and move to new surroundings? The combination of the photographs and computer drawings help to explore the connection between documentation, imagination and memory.
