High Risk Communities
My work revolves around risk perception. Why are we willing to live with certain risks and not others? I’m interested in the ways that worst case scenario thinking and planning influences our choices and our lives beyond the practical. How do people deal with loss of control and where is design in this? The project aims to describe implications of and possibilities with technology, in communities where social services and regulations are in use.
