    Rasoi

    Indian food has seen phenomenal popularity in the West. However, only a small percentage of people are able, or are brave enough to recreate their favourite Indian dishes in their own home, as it is seen to be a fragmented and complicated process.

    My work stems from my love for Indian food. As a British Asian, I am, on a daily basis, faced with the responsibility of preparing an authentic Indian meal for my family, whilst juggling the time and resource constraints of leading a British lifestyle.

    Rasoi aims to bridge this cross-cultural gap and invites users to enjoy India in their own homes.
