Adam Thabo Rosenbaum’s Statement
Adam Thabo Rosenbaum loves food. The Counter Culture project was born out of a desire to spend as much time in the kitchen as possible. Presently, he is working on a countertop beer brewing system.
The process of brewing beer in the home has generally been relegated to outdoor environments or the garage. Counter Culture proposes to bring this skill and art into the kitchen, where it belongs.
The project was runner-up in the Tanaka Ideas Challenge, 2007. With thanks to Dyson for generous support.
